The regular all-you-can-drink option includes about 30 different drinks. For sashimi, we purchase fresh fish caught that morning directly from the Higashi-Awa Fisheries Cooperative in Minami Boso, as well as fresh fish selected by discerning chefs at Yamahachi, the largest wholesaler in Toyosu.The oden, made with a combination of first-course dashi and chicken stock, is so delicious you'll want to drink up the entire soup.The meat is "Margaret Pork," a brand of pork from Chiba Prefecture, cooked over high heat until crispy.Please enjoy our banquet course menu, unique to Shinmachi, which is particular about the ingredients it uses.The photograph is an image
